On the evening before mom and dad were due to get back
from their vacation, after spending all day at the hospital
(with grandma, who was having heart trouble)
Drena and Reid invited us to go for dinner!
We went to this little place called 'Rips'.It serves only fried chicken and fries (and on Friday's, fish).
It's really small, but very popular. So we had to wait for
about 1 1/2 hours to get a table.
It was well worth the wait! The food was wonderful!
Well, mom and dad got back safely (and had a wonderful time away)and grandma is doing better too.
We miss not having girls days all the time now,
but it's good to have mom and dad back!
