This past Saturday we got to go to one of Cameron's football games. Their team is the Oregon (jr.) Hawks.

They played the Dixon (jr.) Dukes.
Josh, and Devyn came with us also. Devyn is so adorable.
My Niece, and her favorite Aunt.
Unfortunately the Hawks lost.....
But when all else fails, Grandma/Mom gets us ice cream!!!! So it wasn't really that bad :)

Fireproof!

Friday Night, we along with a bunch of the Refugees went

to Marge and Mourey's house.

We had dinner there and then went to see "Fireproof"

T and Uncle Joe came with us

They have a beautiful house...

If I come up missing some week just know that I hitched a ride home with them. :)

Here we all are going through the food line. It seems that when people from the Refuge get together there is always food involved. (which is totally okay with me)

The light switch for one of the bathrooms was on the wall outside of it....

I won't mention any names, but some people were having a little bit of fun

by turning the lights off on others.

Hey what's a blog post without some pictures of 2 of our favorite people...

Isaac and Kaleb!!!!!!!

Actually, everybody we know is our favorite...

Little kids can just melt your heart in a special way though.

Here we are "loading up"

It was about a 25 min. trip to the theater.

It was the biggest theater I have ever been in... (but then again, I've not been to many theaters)

Us girls + Crystal's camera = a picture!
Some of us stuck our tickets to our foreheads...

You wouldn't believe how well those things stayed on (with just spit I might add) Mine stayed on throughout the entire movie and then for a little while!

Now the movie's over. It's time to go home :(

Dad and T donned fire hats when they brought the car up. Rachel and I had gotten some, intending to wear them into the theater... We wimped out though.

We tried to convince our parents that Dawn was just a fruitfly

wearing a red helmet and plastered to our back window...

they didn't buy it though and she had to get off.

Well, thats all for now.

Enjoy your week everyone!

It's just what we do...

Last Monday night Reid came and spent the evening with us while our parents
went to a visitation. About 10:00 that night we decided to make a snack!
And that snack was? Popcorn balls!Rachel and Reid popped the popcorn.
And I made the syrupish stuff that you put on them.
They are not that hard to make... Just REALLY messy.
That stuff sticks to everything...
We buttered our hands so that the HOT syrup & popcorn wouldn't stick to us
And poured the popcorn onto waxed paper.
(so that it wouldn't stick to the tablecloth, and also for easier cleanup.)

And here is our finished product.
Don't they look good?

They were. :)

Rain, rain and more rain...

This morning it was raining pretty hard, so we 3 decided to go and puddlestomp! We ended up just doing an invisible "slip-n-slide"

But we had a wonderful time and got some great pics.
This is the way that most of the yards look in Eldena.
Here goes RACHEL!!!!
And CRYSTAL!!!!

Here's Rachel "swimming" in the neighbor's ditch.

Now here's Crystal joining Rachel.
Oh No! Becky jumped in and broke in two!!!

For some reason I just couldn't bring myself

to relax enough to bellyflop into 1 1/2 foot of water...

But Rach could!

Wheeee!!!
We had a great time running around making fools out of ourselves.

And we're pretty good at it too. :)

Seven Years Ago Today.

Remember to pray for everyone who is hurting today. Met In The Stairwell.
You say you will never forget where you were when you heard the news on September 11, 2001. Neither will I.

I was on the 110th floor in a smoke filled room with a man who called his wife to say"Good-Bye."

I held his fingers steady as he dialed.

I gave him the peace to say, "Honey, I am not going to make it."

I was with his wife when he called.

I held her up as she realized he wasn't coming home that night.

I was in the stairwell of the 23rd floor when a woman cried out to Me for help.

"I have been knocking on the door of your heart for 50 years!" I said.

I was at the base of the building with the Priest ministering to the injured.

I took him home to tend to his Flock in Heaven.

I was on all four of those planes, in every seat, with every prayer.

I was with the crew as they were overtaken.

I was in the very hearts of the frightened souls there,

comforting and assuring them that their faith has saved them.

I want you to know that I saw every face.

I knew every name though not all know Me.

Some met Me for the first time on the 86th floor.

Some sought Me with their last breath.

Some chose, for the final time, to ignore Me. But, I was there.

I did not place you in the Tower that day.

You may not know why, but I do.

September 11, 2001 was not the end of the journey for you.

But someday your journey will end.

And I will be there for you as well.

Seek Me now while I may be found.

For I will be in the stairwell of your final moments.

A Sunday with Jess and Jamie.

This Sunday while at the campground we got to hang out with Jess and Jamie a lot.
It was really fun, since normally we don't get a lot of time with them.
Here's a picture of everyone ( or most everyone ) on Jess and Jamie's couch :)

Jess taught us how to do macrame necklaces.

It was really cool.

This is Becky's It's to hard face.

After Macrameing Jess and Jamie invited us to come over to their house. We took this picture on the way over.

These 2 were my 'wishing I was a superhero' pictures.

Jamie suggested we play cards. So this was a 'slap jack' picture.

I really really like this one that Crystal took of Jess.

We miss you Wolfgang and Lauren :( :(

(If you like this picture, see the post titled a little bit self-explanatory)

Sun. Night Mr.and Mrs. Rogers were able to join us for a campfire.

It was really fun, since normally they don't get time to hang out with work and all.

This is either Joys I want a turn with that axe. Or When will I be big enough to do that.

Peace to you all.

-Rach.
