Ducky.

Yesterday Taffie (or Ducky as we like to call her) got a bath.

She does not enjoy baths at all, so it is a lot of work to give her one.

She always looks about ready to cry when I put her in the tub.

That is after we find her. She always hides when she hears the bath water running.

She was REALLY dirty though so its a good thing I finally got around to bathing her.

She is always soooo cute when she is all wet.

Well actually she is cute every moment of the day.

Drying her off is always the most work

She has so much hair that it just takes forever.

It probably takes at least an hour to dry her off

And that's with the help of the blow dryer!

But she is so beautiful when she is all dry and clean.

Hey All.

Yes, I'm blogging about not blogging.

The reason being is that we haven't done a whole lot that's interesting enough to blog about.

We went shopping in rockford today, but didn't take any pictures, and didn't buy anything cool except some party supplies.

Riding Lessons

Guess who started riding lessons today!! The people you don't recognize in the picture is Emily, ( my riding teacher ) and Rave ( the curious tall looking fellow to my left. )

Amazingly enough, I'm up and we're both still alive :)

First just a few balancing things, to see how good of balance I had. ( I guess I passed the test since I didn't fall off.



Then I got used to how he worked with the reigns, and she showed me a few pointers.

Posting. ( I wasn't very good at it. )

Having fun, and walking+trotting figure eights


All done, Time to take him back to the pasture.


For those of you who were wondering, I had a blast.
I would totally suggest to anybody to go.

Okay Okay, gross picture. Just letting you all know That were seeing who has the biggest mouth, so send pictures of your lovely mouth to my moms e-mail, and we'll post.
